**Please note farm raised turkeys have several visual differences than a turkey you would normally buy in the store!
***Farm raised turkeys are dispatched humanely and naturally, which does mean you may see some bruising. (Turkeys that are commercially raised tend to be dispatched using gassing methods)
*** Farm Raised turkeys are both male and female (the turkey you would buy in the store would typically be a female bird). Male turkeys will have an air pocket in their chest area. This is natural and is what they utilize in order to gobble!
