Traditional Homemade Egg Noodles

This pasta is made with love every step of the way.  Organic durum wheat is grown in North Dakota and then ground into Ultra Unifine flour in own Mill in Dufur, Oregon.  The noodles are then handcrafted for Azure in Bonners Ferry, Idaho using this superb organic flour and organic eggs. A real treat for everyone who enjoys the flavors of a slower, simpler time, with the convenience of modern ready-made pasta.
