Home Delivery Service Details

Here is the information on how HOME DELIVERY works: 

Step 1: You will choose home delivery on your location options (type in your zip code for options)

Wednesday: Beaufort, Leslie, Gerald, Washington, Dutzow, Augusta, Defiance, New Melle, Foristell, Wentzville, Lake STL, OFallon, Dardene Prairie, St Peters, Cottleville, St Charles, Earth City, Weldon Spring **Added Maryland Heights & Kirkwood**

Friday: Beaufort, Leslie, Gerald, Union, Villa Ridge, Labadie, Pacific, Eurkea, Dittmer, Lonedell, Grubville, High Ridge, Fenton, House Springs, Valley Park, Cedar Hill

Saturday: We will be at the Farmers Market in Washington for the season (no dairy products will be sold at the market.)

🏡 Delivery Address & Instructions

Please make sure your delivery address is correct on your profile. This is the address we will use as our destination. Any special instructions for your driver must be included in the order comment section.

💳 Payment Information

All home delivery orders will be charged to your card once your items are delivered. There is no option for cash payments for home delivery. There are several reasons for this, but the biggest one is time/efficiency. Our drivers try to be as quick at stops as possible and will not carry cash to provide change. This also allows our drivers to not have to wait for someone to answer the door/grab money. Also--we do not expect you to be home! Home delivery times vary greatly based on the route that day. For your convenience and ours, home delivery is card only. 

If your card is declined:

Your items will not be left. The delivery fee is non-refundable. You must update your card and pay the delivery fee before any future deliveries or purchases. We are a small, family-run farm and truly appreciate your courtesy and respect for our time and efforts.

MINIMUM ORDERS: each home delivery will have a minimum order that ranges from $10-50. This number is based on the distance from the farm. The farther you are from the farm, the higher the minimum order. If the further out towns start to have higher interest, we will absolutely drop this minimum order amount. Right now we have a long drive time between deliveries, so it has to be worth the trip to make the drive. Best way to get this number decreased is to talk with your neighbors! The more orders we get in the area, the cheaper the fees and minimums will be! 

DELIVERY FEES: 

You will see 2 fees on your invoice at checkout. A smaller service fee and a home delivery fee. The service fee is based on the order and is around 4% of your total. This covers the credit card fees and a small amount towards fuel. The home delivery fee is what we use to pay our drivers and is based on your distance from the farm/drive time. Home delivery fee ranges from $5-15. Please remember we are a small business. We do not charge higher prices on all products to absorb these costs. Fuel, vehicles, insurance and good hired help are not cheap! We are happy to provide these services to our customers and work hard to keep prices as low as possible. Please note these costs may change throughout the year. We will increase or decrease these fees based on our operating costs.

⏰ Delivery Window

Delivery times are not exact and vary based on our route that day. Please refer to the delivery location information on our website for estimated delivery times for your route. Our goal is to have all deliveries done during business hours (usually 10am-4pm). Please understand that traffic and unforeseen delays can impact those times. 

🧊 Cooler Requirement (Very Important!)

Your items will be placed on your front porch in the cooler or bag you provide. (We will not provide ice or cold packs: If you need ice, you can add that to your cart and we will bring a bag along to ice your cooler after we place your items in the cooler you provide. (Your items will arrive cold/frozen.) 


**We will knock or ring the bell but are NOT required to wait for someone to answer.**

🥛 Milk Jar Exchange Policy

When purchasing milk, you must leave empty jars in your cooler for exchange. If jars are not left out, your card will be charged for the appropriate jar deposits.

**Any dirty jars are subject to a $5/jar cleaning fee** All jars returned need to be clean! 

We sterilize jars as they come back but should not be responsible for cleaning old milk out of jars. Any jar with leftover milk residue in them will be charged extra.

🐶 Pet Safety Policy

All dogs or animals must be securely contained during delivery. If a dog appears unsafe or unfriendly, your items will not be left. The delivery fee will still be charged. Our drivers will not risk injury on your property.

📅 Order Deadlines

All orders, adjustments, or cancellations for home delivery must be placed by midnight the night before delivery.

++We are trialing a new business location delivery service. If you would like to set up this service at your place of business, please call or text us at 636-210-7484

**Minimum order will be $10-20 based on the distance from the farm and the average number of orders received from your place of business

**There will be no home delivery fee if at least 3 orders are placed. There will be a small delivery fee that is still added to each order that is based on the total amount (average 4%). This fee covers credit card costs and a small amount towards fuel/insurance. 

***If fewer than 3 orders are placed, the home delivery fee will be split/added to the orders. 1 order: $10-15 delivery fee (based on distance from farm), 2 orders: delivery fee will be split between orders ($5-7.50 each). 3 orders or more: home delivery fee will be waived. 

**Any employees at this location that wish to utilize this service will need to change their address to the address of the business where the delivery will occur. All transactions will be card only, no cash. Your credit card will be charged once items have been delivered. 

**All orders need to be placed by midnight the night before the delivery day. Delivery day will follow the schedule posted above for home deliveries. If your business is in a town not listed, please contact us for options. 636-210-7484

**If coolers are being used for contactless drop-off, all coolers need to be in the same location and labeled with customer names.  If you want all orders to be delivered inside the building or to a receptionist area: please discuss these options when setting up this service.
