When we sell beef in bulk (whole, half or quarter steer) the $100 deposit is put down to reserve your requested portion of beef.
Deposit is non-refundable if you decide to not purchase your portion of beef requested.
This deposit will be deducted from total due once steer is delivered to processor and rail weight is obtained.
Rail weight is based on market price and input costs. This price will be communicated before animal is dropped off at processor and is subject to change.
Buyer pays final cost of animal to us. Processing costs are paid to butcher upon pickup of your meat.
