This cream is separated differently than we have typically offered. This process takes more time and effort on our part. It is run through our cream separator after chilling and the result is a very heavy, thick cream that would be ideal for making your own butter or whipped cream. This cream is as pourable as the cream we separate the normal way. If you desire a thinner, more pourable cream for your coffee or other cooking recipes, we would suggest purchasing the other cream listed.
**You can still make butter or whipped cream from the other cream we offer. It is just more thin and liquid form. This cream tends to be more thick.
